This policy describes the current website and information you send us directly. A client engagement may require additional confidentiality or data-processing terms in a separate written agreement.
02. Project brief and quote form
The form asks for your name, email, selected services, and project description. You may also enter your company, phone number, website, and preferred timeframe. These details are used to prepare a project inquiry.
In this version of the website, form entries stay in the current browser page. We do not send them to a server, store them in a website database, or save them to browser local storage. Choosing “Prepare Quote Email” opens a draft in your email application. Choosing the download option saves a text file to your device.
NorthBridge receives the details only if you send the email or otherwise share the brief with us. Your email provider handles the draft and delivery under its own policies. You control the downloaded file and may delete it from your device. Refreshing or leaving the page generally clears the form state, although your browser may provide its own autofill or form-restoration features.
03. Information you send us
If you email or write to us, we receive the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to provide. During a client engagement, we may receive additional business information needed to carry out the agreed work.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss requirements, prepare proposals, carry out agreed services, maintain relevant business records, and address questions or disputes. The website does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
04. Website requests and technical information
To deliver pages, browsers send technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time to the hosting service. Providers may keep operational and security logs under their own practices. Private preview access may also involve the preview provider’s account or session systems.
The site currently loads fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser requests font files from Google’s services, which may receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy information for its handling of those requests.
We have not added advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or a website analytics integration to this version. We do not use the quote form for automated profiling.
07. Retention
The website does not retain your form entries in a server-side database. Downloaded briefs remain on your device until you remove them; drafts may remain in your email application according to its settings.
For information you send us, retention depends on whether the inquiry leads to a project, the information’s purpose, relevant business needs, and legal or recordkeeping requirements. We do not specify a fixed retention period here because it varies by record type. You may contact us about deletion or the retention of your information, subject to lawful exceptions.
08. Security
Use appropriate care when emailing project materials. No website, device, or email system can guarantee absolute security. Do not include credentials or highly sensitive personal information in an initial project inquiry.
Client-specific security, access, and confidentiality requirements should be established in the relevant service agreement.
09. Your choices and requests
You may leave optional form fields blank, download a brief without sending it, or contact us directly instead of using the form. You may ask us about information you have sent and request access, correction, or deletion. The rights and exceptions that apply can depend on your location and applicable law.

NorthBridge is based in the United States. Our services and website are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent information that should be removed.
